Eclipse

As you probably know, there was a solar eclipse in LA yesterday. I was driving to meet my friend Paul in Los Feliz for most of it, but I managed to snap a few pictures from my car. Here’s the best I could get (about 20 minutes after the peak of the eclipse).

Ojai Retreat

Ojai is a lovely place about an hour north of LA. I was fortunate enough to spend the weekend there for a firm retreat.

The highlight was playing golf on a lovely course. My friend Dan’s sixth drive hit a tree and landed twenty feet behind the tee box. Here’s Dan proudly posing with that shot.
