Yay for self-promotion!

My college roommate, Jose, came to LA today. It was a nice excuse to take a half day and show him around my beautiful city. That included a trip to In-N-Out and my favorite lookout on Mulholland Drive.

Holographic wills in CA just need to have all material terms in a testator’s handwriting and be signed by that testator. Dates help, but that’s really all you need. My friend Mitch and I decided to create our wills instead of studying Wills. So that’s what I did today.

(Btw, I know that it’s redundant to write “property and all assets,” but I’d already written property and didn’t want to rewrite the whole thing — or revoke the will by physical act)
