Just got back from graduation. Incredible experience. The highlight was probably a surprise speech at the law school graduation by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (who finally received a honorary degree from the university decades after they refused to let her finish her last year at HLS at Columbia).

Many more thoughts, but no time to post them right now. I’m sure my sister and friends will post many on Facebook. For now, I’m so incredibly proud of my friends!

After a stressful, crazy weekend running around LA looking for apartments, I’ve finally signed a lease for a 2br/2ba with my friend Zach.  I’ll be living at 6th and California, in Santa Monica.

It’s the nice, quiet, residential area of Santa Monica.  Two blocks from Whole Foods and my favorite SM bar (Renee’s).  I’m pretty excited.  Here are some pictures.

Thanks @bobbyfinger for being an incredible host this weekend. I won’t try to list all of the things we did over the past three days, but here are a few highlights:

– Seeing Jason Schwartzman filming Bored to Death in Brooklyn.

– Rachel singing “Criminal” at Trash Bar (and having three guys run on stage to dance/hit on her).

– Going to the SNL after-after-party (thanks to Ross) and seeing Jon Hamm drink lots of Budweisers. He seemed incredibly friendly and generous to the people that approached him, which was nice to see. Leaving at 6:30 am.

– Spending lots of time outdoors and eating delicious food that Bobby picked out. Seriously, so good.

Two days late, but I’m done with law school! I’ve been busy celebrating.

Now I’m off to NYC (for the last time as a New Englander). California on Thursday.
