After driving home from my friend Emily’s graduation party tonight, I looked down and realized my car was at exactly 120,000 miles. That’s right, Serenity has gone 30,000 miles since I bought her over four years ago. That includes three trips to or from California and dozens of trips from Austin to Houston.
She may be old, but she keeps chugging along. Only about four more years until we hit the big 150,000.
Tomorrow I’m going to Taste of the Nation. I just spent an hour salivating over the menu selections.
Hsieh, I think I’m becoming a foodie…I don’t know what I’m going to do when the summer program ends.
