Winter Playlist update
I haven’t had much time to work on the playlist, but I did add a lot of the songs to 8Tracks. As far as I can tell, this is the easiest way for people to listen to it (once) without downloading the songs. I’ll post the finished playlist after finals (12/18).
Back to studying!
A word I consistently get wrong.
Pictorial.
I don’t just misspell it; I have repeatedly thought the correct word was “pictoral.” You would think that after the fourth time I would remember. I don’t.
Christmas came early in Cambridge!
A rumor has been going around campus the past few days that was finally confirmed today. HLS is getting rid of the much-feared mandatory 8% Low Pass!
Under the old system, the bottom 8% of students got an LP, the top 35% received an HP (High Pass), and everyone else got a Pass. Now, LPs are discretionary and don’t have to be given out at all. For someone like me, who is fine with all Passes, this eliminates a lot of lurking fear on the eve of exams.
Now I can watch the UT/Nebraska Big 12 Championship game, guilt free!
