Sorry for the lack of updating, but ever since my laptop broke this site is tied to my desktop. When I’m away from Austin, the site gets neglected.

Anyway, this is long overdue. Here are the choices for the second annual Best Pictures of the Day selection:

As you can see, the choices are a lot more varied this year than before. I chalk that up to a generally lackluster second year, but I still believe the project is going strong. If I hadn’t forced myself to take a picture every day, seven of the pictures in the table above would not exist. With that in mind, I see no reason to end the project now. After all, I’m almost half way to five years, which is pretty impressive. If I continue through law school, the whole project will serve as a unique look at my life as a student of higher education.

I bought a Nintendo Wii last week. It was definitely an impulse purchase, but I got a pretty good deal on Craigslist. I plan on wasting about eight months playing it, and then reselling it before starting law school. If I don’t update often, that’s probably the reason.

Also look for a few Best of 07 lists in the next few weeks. I’m trying to watch/rewatch a few movies before I finalize my choices. I can’t be rushed, so don’t expect them soonish.
